1. General Information

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Your information is treated confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
The use of this website is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail) is collected, it is always voluntary.

2. Data Collection and Processing

We only process personal data when permitted by law or with your consent.
Personal data includes all information that can identify you.
We process such data to:

  • process orders,

  • answer enquiries,

  • send newsletters,

  • analyse and improve our website.

Legal bases: Art. 6 (1) a, b, c and f GDPR.

3. Data Disclosure

Your data will only be shared when required for contract performance (e.g. shipping companies, payment providers) or by consent.
Transfers outside the EU/EAA occur only with adequate protection or consent.

4. Newsletter (Sendinblue)

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your e-mail address solely to send information about products and offers.
Mailing is managed via Sendinblue (Brevo GmbH, Berlin) within the EU.
Double opt-in is used.
You may unsubscribe anytime using the link in the newsletter; your data will then be deleted.

5. Web Analysis – Google Analytics 4

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin).
Cookies analyse site usage; IP addresses are anonymised within the EU before transfer to the USA.
Google compiles reports and provides analytics services for us.
You can block cookies in your browser or install the plug-in:

6. Google reCAPTCHA v3

Used to protect online forms from abuse.
Your IP and necessary data are sent to Google.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in site security).

7. Social Media (Facebook / Instagram)

Plugins from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. may be integrated.
Visiting such a page establishes a connection with Meta servers; data such as visited pages and, if logged in, your profile ID may be transmitted.

8. Cookies

We use cookies for technical functionality, user experience and statistics.
You may block them in your browser settings; some features may then be limited.

9. Storage & Deletion

Data is kept only as long as necessary or required by law, then deleted or blocked.

You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR).
