Shipping and payment terms

Delivery Conditions

Germany:
Deliveries within the Federal Republic are carried out by a shipping company commissioned by the seller. Delivery is free of charge from a net goods value of EUR 350.00. Below this amount, a shipping fee of EUR 7.50 per parcel applies.
Deliveries to islands are free of charge from a net goods value of EUR 600.00; below this, an island surcharge of EUR 13.00 per shipment applies.
The minimum order value for initial orders is EUR 350.00 net. In the case of partial deliveries, a free subsequent delivery will only be made if noted on the delivery note or if explicitly requested by the customer.

EU Export:
Deliveries to Austria are made by a shipping company commissioned by the seller. Delivery is free of charge from a net goods value of EUR 750.00. Below this amount, a shipping fee of EUR 15.00 per parcel applies.
The minimum order value for initial orders is EUR 350.00 net.
For partial deliveries, a free subsequent delivery will only be made if noted on the delivery note.
Invoices are issued indicating the VAT identification number, without VAT being charged.

Export to Third Countries:
Deliveries are generally made ex works or by a shipping company commissioned by the seller at the buyer’s expense.
Costs for the preparation of export documents as well as German and foreign customs duties are borne by the buyer.
The minimum order value for initial orders is EUR 350.00 net.
No subsequent deliveries will be made in the case of partial deliveries.
Invoices are issued indicating the VAT identification number, without VAT being charged.
The seller assumes that the buyer holds all necessary import permits for the ordered goods.
For deliveries to a German address with subsequent VAT reimbursement, a processing fee of EUR 15.00 will be charged.

Payment Terms
Our invoices are payable in full within 10 days from the invoice date.
For direct debit payments, we offer either a 2% discount if payment is collected after 7 days from the invoice date, or payment in full after 21 days.
For direct debits not honoured by the bank, we charge a fee of EUR 10.00.
If the payment deadline is exceeded, the buyer will automatically be in default without further notice.
We reserve the right to supply new and foreign customers only against advance payment.
Orders delivered against prepayment must be paid within 14 days.
For the cancellation of a confirmed order, we charge 25% of the net invoice amount as a handling fee.
